Great for all my cooking especially for frying
Because using canola oils and corn oil is unhealthy to fry in. I choose avocado oil because it has a higher smoking point and crisps up my fried dishes perfectly it has a neutral taste and doesn’t weigh down in my stomach like frying less healthy oils. I highly recommend this product, especially for frying

  2. Marilyn

No weird smell or taste… just clean natural oil. I use it on high and low heat cooking. Great for homemade dressing, too!! I little pricey, but I shell out the money for taste and health!!

    A healthy fat
I’m trying to eat healthy and make better choices for my health and keep my family healthy as well. Avocados are a healthy fat that contain nutrients and healthy fats that lower your body’s LDL and raise your good HDL cholesterol. That means avocados are heart healthy. I can’t always have the whole fruit handy but with this Better Body Foods Refined Avocado Oil I always have access to the benefits of avocados. Avacado oil is an excellent cooking oil because it can tolerate higher heat than olive oil. I also put a tablespoon of this avocado oil in my smoothies. It’s an excellent source of antioxidants, essential fatty acids, minerals, and vitamins. So I think this Better Body Foods Refined Avocado Oil is going to be very beneficial for me and my family as well.

    Wonderful Product!
We were pleased to be able to pick up such a healthy product at Walmart.com. If your not familiar with Avocado oil let me give you a few of the benefits. Not only does it have a high burn temperature which means you can cook or fry at a higher temperature but it also has these health benefits. It is rich in Oleic Acid which is a very health fat, it helps to reduce cholesterol which can help with heart health, it is high in Lutein which is a antioxidant that has benefits for your eyes and can help with the absorption of many nutrients as well as being high in vitamin E. This is just a few of the things that make this oil such a great addition to your pantry.
It has a rich “creamy” type texture with just a hint of avocado flavor to it. It is great for salads or foods that you may want a touch of “something” added that is subtle yet distinctive.
If you have a chance give this a try, as you can see by the picture I posted it is a large bottle which should last a very long time.
My only complaint is that it comes in a plastic bottle not glass. The bottle itself seems very flimsy so I would suggest you transfer it into a clean glass bottle if you have one.
Enjoy all the health benefits that this wonderful oil has to offer!

  5. Theresa

Tastes great. Great for frying %26 basting.
I love everything about this avocado oil. I use it for everything I fry and for everything I baste for the oven. Great way to avoid bad (rancid) oils and to get your good fats into your diet!
Dr Blake Livingood says avocado oil has a high smoke point and has great nutritional value, so avocado oil is an excellent choice for frying %26 basting over other types of oil.

i use this primarily to make mayo and it is excellent for that. it is very versatile and is also great for cooking, salads and more. the size is great as well.

  7. Sandy

    Love this!
Very light, low carb oil that works with anything you cook. I use it in conjunction with my air fryer to get the very lowest carbs for my diabetic household. Be it chicken, pork or beef, I use a pastry brush to coat the meat, season with my choice of spices and cook. Start from a frozen state and dinner is ready in less than 30 minutes.

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required. It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, won't help now. It's like saying you're a bad designer, use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.

The villagers are out there with a vengeance to get that Frankenstein

You made all the required mock ups for commissioned layout, got all the approvals, built a tested code base or had them built, you decided on a content management system, got a license for it or adapted:

  • The toppings you may chose for that TV dinner pizza slice when you forgot to shop for foods, the paint you may slap on your face to impress the new boss is your business.
  • But what about your daily bread? Design comps, layouts, wireframes—will your clients accept that you go about things the facile way?
  • Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever.
  • Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.
  • Websites in professional use templating systems.
  • Commercial publishing platforms and content management systems ensure that you can show different text, different data using the same template.
  • When it's about controlling hundreds of articles, product pages for web shops, or user profiles in social networks, all of them potentially with different sizes, formats, rules for differing elements things can break, designs agreed upon can have unintended consequences and look much different than expected.

This is quite a problem to solve, but just doing without greeking text won't fix it. Using test items of real content and data in designs will help, but there's no guarantee that every oddity will be found and corrected. Do you want to be sure? Then a prototype or beta site with real content published from the real CMS is needed—but you’re not going that far until you go through an initial design cycle.
