Love this rice it is our favorite! Great as just white rice, but also works great for home made sushi! Nice small grain and a little sticky after cooking. Fluffs up nice. There are some quality issues sometimes with some dark/black spotted/colored grains, but I just pick those out when I see them. E.g. from the 3 cups I cooked today I found like 6ish grains that looked unappetizing and I just took those out.

Best general long grain rice imo
Not Jasmine. Not basmati. Not cheap quality.

Just quality long grain rice with nice full body to grain, nice aroma and taste. Decent price when bought in bulk.

  4. Marisa

    Perfect rice
The only rice my Japanese and Dominican household will eat. Absolutely, the best rice on the market. Perfect for sticky sushi rice and arroz con habichuelas.

    Good all around rice
This is the Solar rice that we use in our household. Typically, we buy a 5 pound bag, but decided to go with the 20 this time. The quality of the rice is good and it cooks very well in a rice cooker. Obviously it cooks well in other situations also but it’s really easy in their rice cooker. He creates an appropriate consistency of sticky rice, which is eaten often in my family.

This rice, with a small preparation step, is also used to make sushi in our house if you use lots of rice, this is a good choice with the 20 pound version, but if you just like a good rice that takes on flavor well, then this is also a good choice for you possibly in the 5 pound bag

Affordable but at the cost of your health
For locals transitioning and try to find comfort for closeness to home this would be one except it looks like they sub it with plastic 🙁 not 100% rice and people who don’t pay attention won’t even know the difference

    Item arrival damaged!
Very bad experience with Walmart Online shopping. The rice arrived in broken packaging. See attached pictures!

    Good smells,tasty.🥰
This rice is smelling good and tasty to eat. It fills you up with small amounts. Heavy and delicious. I use this rice to make a sushi roll, I call it sushi rice. When we cook make sure put less water or cook only with steam. Not easy to cook but not hard either.

  9. Geng

    Disappointed
Found many brown colored rice inside, it might be aflatoxins and will cause cancer.reported to Walmart, hope they will have the lab to verify it.

    Wal mart delivery strikes again
This was delivered to the wrong address

Address number is on both sides of the mailbox in 4 inch numbers and on the house with 6 inch numbers

Hopefully Wal mart will get delivery drivers that can read simple numbers

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required. It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, won't help now. It's like saying you're a bad designer, use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.

The villagers are out there with a vengeance to get that Frankenstein

You made all the required mock ups for commissioned layout, got all the approvals, built a tested code base or had them built, you decided on a content management system, got a license for it or adapted:

  • The toppings you may chose for that TV dinner pizza slice when you forgot to shop for foods, the paint you may slap on your face to impress the new boss is your business.
  • But what about your daily bread? Design comps, layouts, wireframes—will your clients accept that you go about things the facile way?
  • Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever.
  • Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.
  • Websites in professional use templating systems.
  • Commercial publishing platforms and content management systems ensure that you can show different text, different data using the same template.
  • When it's about controlling hundreds of articles, product pages for web shops, or user profiles in social networks, all of them potentially with different sizes, formats, rules for differing elements things can break, designs agreed upon can have unintended consequences and look much different than expected.

This is quite a problem to solve, but just doing without greeking text won't fix it. Using test items of real content and data in designs will help, but there's no guarantee that every oddity will be found and corrected. Do you want to be sure? Then a prototype or beta site with real content published from the real CMS is needed—but you’re not going that far until you go through an initial design cycle.
