    Wonderful snack!
I am very impressed of the Quaker Rice Cakes! I received six bags which contained two bags of Caramel, two bags of Apple Cinnamon and two bags of White Cheddar. Each bag has two separate wrapped Rice Cakes of seven in both bags of a total of fourteen Rice Cakes. The Caramel is just as a rice cake with just a touch of Carmel taste throughout the Rice Cake. Gluten free, 5 grams whole gran and no high fructose corn syrup. 50 calories per Rice Cake, 0 trans fat, 25mg sodium with 3g sugars and they taste great! Apple Cinnamon taste as Apple Cinnamon throughout the Rice Cake with Gluten free, 100% whole grains and other ingredients with only 50 calories, 0 trans fat, 0 sodium and 3grams of sugar in each Rice Cake and they taste great! The White Cheddar Rice Cakes taste like Cheddar with a bit of a salty taste throughout the Rice Cake, this flavor has 45 calories, 0 trans fat, 100 sodium and less than 1% of sugar and 5 grams of whole grains. I personally like the White Cheddar the best however, I like them all. I am very excited to try these Rice Cakes as I do watch my daily intake of calories, carbs, sodium and sugar to stay in shape. I have already gone through one pack of each since the Rice Cakes has arrived. I may snack on two in the morning for a quick breakfast or during the day for a nutritious snack through my day. I absolutely love them and I have already added all three flavors to my grocery list as I do shop at Wal-Mart. I find these Rice Cakes have kept me feeling satisfied until it is time for lunch, dinner and between. I love snacking on them in between my daily workouts. The only con I can say about the Rice Cakes is that they do break easy but not to bad of giving this product less than 5 stars. Thank you for adding a good snack to my everyday life as I will continue to purchase these rice Cakes and healthy too!

    Good snack, low calorie, guilt-free
Quaker rice cakes are my go-to snacks when I need something crunchy but don’t want to overload on anything heavy in calories and the subsequent guilt. I can easily eat them plain as they come out of the package since they all have good flavor but they are very adaptable for adding toppings. The variety pack is very convenient and lets you try different flavors.

Spread on a little peanut butter, almond butter or apple butter and add thin apple slices or raisins for a special treat. Caramel is nice with a thin layer of cream cheese.

All are so lightweight that I can pack a few in our daypacks for snacks in the park or playground.

No high fructose corn syrup added, low calorie count, made of whole grains, crispy and crunchy.

If someone leaves the package open and the rice cakes lose their crunchy texture you can pop them into the oven on a cookie sheet at a very low temperature for a few minutes and they will crisp up nicely like most other crackers.

    Healthy and very tasty treat!
Quaker Gluten Free Rice Cakes, Variety Pack is great to have for a healthy low calorie snack. This comes in three different flavors, Caramel, White cheddar, and Apples and Cinnamon. You get two bags of each flavor in this variety pack. These rice cakes are made with whole grain brown rice and are baked. It says you can add toppings such as peanut butter, jelly or any flavor topping but I prefer them plain as they are so flavorful. They are light and fluffy and not hard to bite in to which is nice. They have a slice crisp to them. My daughter has a gluten intolerance so having this kind of snack for her is important. She doesn’t get to enjoy a lot of tasty foods because of the intolerance and these rice cakes are something she loves. Her favorite is the white cheddar, mine is the caramel. When I am craving something sweet I will reach for these instead of something with a lot more calories. These rice cakes are huge! They satisfy my sweet cravings and satisfy my hunger. I look forward to trying more flavors of rice cakes and this is something I will continue to get for my family to have as a healthy treat!

    tastes better than I remembered.
This is Quaker Rice Cakes. They are gluten free, whole grain, with no high fructose corn syrup. With no fat these may be my next go to snack. I really like the taste of these. They have 5 grams of whole grains and 50 calories each. I received 3 different flavors. The caramel pack tastes like sugar smacks cereal. The white cheddar cheese tastes like white cheddar cheese popcorn. And the apple cinnamon tastes like apple jacks cereal. I haven’t tried rice cakes in years, but these were a tasty surprise. I can see these being my new go to snack. These would also be good with toppings like peanut butter.

    Great tasting rice cakes.
I received the Quaker white cheddar, apple cinnamon and caramel rice cakes. I love the apple cinnamon and caramel. The caramel taste like yummy syrup. The apple cinnamon taste just like apple and cinnamon. I do not care for the white cheddar cakes. I’m not sure what the white cheddar taste like, but I do not like them. That is why I only gave them four stars. Each package comes with two smaller packages inside with seven rice cakes in each bag. So, each package has 21 cakes all together. They are a little messy to eat but tasty for the low calories. They are from 45-50 calories each. I have bought rice cakes in the past and will continue to buy them. My family likes rice cakes. I am happy that they are improving the taste of them. They are gluten free and have no high fructose corn syrup. The rice cakes are made from whole grains. I would recommend these rice cakes.

    Pure deliciousness!
I have tried different brands, including store brands and none compare to these Quaker rice cakes. I really did not expect to taste the big difference but I did. My entire family loved these. I keep them in my home office and my car for a quick snack to avoid an unhealthy drive thru fast food snack. These specific rice cakes are the solution. I have added avocado, Pico de Gallo, corn salsa, and yogurt and they are filling. I will not buy any other, I have found the best. My dad is 82, and my mom 79 and they did not like rice cakes…until now. It is such a great tasting alternative to potato chips, tortilla chips, popcorn, pretzels and other sugary, salty snacks. Theses are actually whole wheat and gluten free, but you would never know it other than reading it on the label. In the past I preferred the plain and white cheddar flavor. I did not think I would love the caramel but I did and the apple cinnamon is great. I was pleasantly surprised. The three flavors are pure deliciousness. They put an end to my unhealthy snack craving. I was impressed with the ingredients, no high fructose corn syrup, no sodium in the apple cinnamon, no fats and low in calories, only 45 calories in the white cheddar flavor. They really are a go to guilt free snack. I have already bought and recommended these Quaker rice cakes to my friends, family and customers with one warning, they are addictive, I can not stop at one.

Low calorie, crunchy, salty or no salt snack!
I received the six count Quaker Assorted Rice Cakes from the Spark Reviewer Program without any cost to me. White Cheddar has 100mg of sodium and only forty-five calories. The Apple Cinnamon has no sodium, made with brown rice and is only fifty calories. Caramel has twenty-five mg of sodium with fifty calories. I like something salty once in a while but, was very glad to find something with no salt in the Apple Cinnamon. All of the Quaker rice cakes were tasty and I just eat them plain but, you can add cheese or peanut butter. They are nice and crunchy. Also; do not heat them, they are very light and they could burn quickly.

    My newest addiction!
I am totally in love with these Quaker Rice Cakes! I tried all the 3 flavors: Caramel, Apple Cinnamon, and White Cheddar and I’m having a hard time finding my absolute favorite. What I prefer to do with the Apple Cinnamon and the Caramel ones, is to put a thin spreading of peanut butter on it, so it adds a wee bit of extra protein.
But honestly these are perfect for me. I find myself doing “mindless eating” while watching tv or you tube videos. It’s tricky finding the right balance so you don’t gain a ton of weight, but yet you get great flavor and crunch with feeling guilty.
This really seems to fit that need, without filling me up and making me feel stuffed. I feel satisfied and get the needed savory and cheesy flavor from the white cheddar ones and am not left with orange fingers like when eating other cheese flavored snacks. If you thought rice cakes tasted like styrofoam, then try these flavors and I’m sure you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
And you can take these with you where ever you go, they need no refrigeration and fit into lunch boxes or a ziploc baggie that you throw in your purse for when you get a snack attack!
You can schmear them with cream cheese or brie and smoked salmon or even thick greek style yogurt and some fruit! You could also top them with avocado, or even tuna fish…the possibilities are simply endless!
I would recommend these to anyone but maybe not to children under 3 as it might prove to be a choking possibility. I adore these and have even placed my order for more already! I’m going to keep a steady supply of these around 🙂

Very fresh and very good rice cakes.
The Quaker Gluten Free Rice cakes are so yummy. I really like the Caramel Corn and Apple Cinnamon rice cakes. These rice cakes are so crispy and the flavors are so good. I also like that the Carmel Corn and the Apple Cinnamon are only 50 calories each. Not only are these rice cakes tasty but to me they are filling. I normally grab two with a cup of juice or a bottle of water as a snack and I feel completely satisfied. I like the Apple Cinnamon rice cakes plain or topped with peanut butter. An I like the Caramel Corn rice cakes plain or with banana slices. My son can put a couple of rice cakes in a plastic baggy an take them with him. My husband puts rice cakes in with his lunch everyday. Six bags goes along way and it’s a really good snack when the whole family wants to eat it. Their is also two bags of the White Cheddar rice cakes included in the six bags, however those weren’t as good. The freshness is their, their crispy texture an they are only 45 calories each but those have a really odd taste. I don’t want to say its nasty but after each of us tried that one once none of us has eaten from that bag since. The White Cheddar one’s also left us with an awful after taste after eating them. No one in my household has a gluten intolerance but because these rice cakes taste so good we will be adding them to our grocery list.

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required. It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, won't help now. It's like saying you're a bad designer, use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.

The villagers are out there with a vengeance to get that Frankenstein

You made all the required mock ups for commissioned layout, got all the approvals, built a tested code base or had them built, you decided on a content management system, got a license for it or adapted:

  • The toppings you may chose for that TV dinner pizza slice when you forgot to shop for foods, the paint you may slap on your face to impress the new boss is your business.
  • But what about your daily bread? Design comps, layouts, wireframes—will your clients accept that you go about things the facile way?
  • Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever.
  • Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.
  • Websites in professional use templating systems.
  • Commercial publishing platforms and content management systems ensure that you can show different text, different data using the same template.
  • When it's about controlling hundreds of articles, product pages for web shops, or user profiles in social networks, all of them potentially with different sizes, formats, rules for differing elements things can break, designs agreed upon can have unintended consequences and look much different than expected.

This is quite a problem to solve, but just doing without greeking text won't fix it. Using test items of real content and data in designs will help, but there's no guarantee that every oddity will be found and corrected. Do you want to be sure? Then a prototype or beta site with real content published from the real CMS is needed—but you’re not going that far until you go through an initial design cycle.
